The Vampire Magician
A full comedy magic show performed entirely in character — same structure as our standard show, same live bunny, considerably more cape. He is vain, theatrical, allergic to garlic and consistently outwitted by seven-year-olds.
A magic show in costume, not a costume with some magic
The thing that makes a themed show work is that it is still a proper show. This is the same forty-five minutes we perform all year — the same structure, the same audience participation, the same live bunny meet-and-greet — with the patter rewritten for the character and a few routines swapped for Halloween-themed ones.
The vampire himself is comic rather than frightening. He is pompous, easily embarrassed, and every trick he attempts is quietly ruined by the children helping him. That framing is deliberate: it gives even a nervous four-year-old permission to laugh at him rather than be worried by him.
The birthday child is still the assistant and still gets the biggest moment. If you'd rather have the costume without the show — more mingling, games and photos, no seated performance — the Vampire Character Visit starts at $165 instead.
