DIY Package FAQs
No. This package is equipment and costume only — you run the party. If you want a trained performer in the costume, book one of our character visits instead.
No. The machine is included, but sugar, cones and other consumables are not. You can bring your own or ask us about buying supplies separately.
We'll agree on drop-off and pickup times when you book so it covers your party comfortably. Just tell us your party time and we'll work around it.
We coordinate drop-off and pickup across Staten Island and central New Jersey. Give us your address when you ask and we'll confirm.
