The purpose

When should we discuss separate sessions?
If the full group cannot comfortably see or hear in the same space, share a possible rotation plan. Ask the team to confirm the session lengths, transitions and staffing before building the final timetable.
What is different about a school quote?
The group size, number of sessions, access times and event requirements can differ from a home party. Send those details for a quote rather than assuming one birthday package covers every class.
Can we coordinate several types of entertainment?
