Booking & Payment

There's no deposit to reserve your date — you pay when your performer arrives. We accept cash and major credit cards. A booking is confirmed once our team checks performer availability and replies to you; an online request or invoice on its own is a request, not a guaranteed date, until we confirm.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Because there's no deposit, cancelling costs you nothing — we just ask for as much notice as you can give so we can free up the performer.
• Need to move your date? We'll do our best to reschedule based on availability, at no extra charge.
• If we ever have to cancel (illness, vehicle trouble, weather), we'll tell you as early as possible and help you rebook or arrange a replacement performer.

Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

Foam parties, pony rides, and other outdoor activities depend on the weather. If conditions are unsafe — heavy rain, high wind, lightning, or extreme heat/cold — we'll reach out to reschedule or move the activity indoors where possible. Indoor magic shows, character visits, and reptile shows are not weather-dependent.

Space & Setup Requirements

• Most shows need only a small area (about 4×4 ft) to set up.
• Foam parties need open outdoor space, a water source, and a nearby standard outlet.
• Please make sure our performer can park reasonably close and reach the party area.

Animal Interaction (Reptile Shows & Live Bunny)

Our animals are handled by trained staff at all times. For everyone's comfort and the animals' wellbeing:

• Children touch and hold animals only with the handler guiding them.
• Please let us know in advance about any allergies or a child who'd prefer to watch rather than touch.
• Our reptiles are non-venomous and chosen for their calm temperament, but they are live animals, so we ask for calm voices and gentle hands.

Foam Party Safety

• Foam areas can be slippery. Adult supervision is required, and running or rough play in the foam is not permitted.
• We recommend swimsuits or clothes that can get wet, and bare feet or water shoes.
• Our foam is designed to be gentle on skin and clothing; if anyone has sensitive skin, let us know and keep it away from eyes.

Performer Substitution

Every performer is one of our own trained, background-checked team members. On the rare occasion a specific performer is unavailable (illness, emergency), we'll send another qualified member of the Binx team so your party still goes ahead.

Supervision

Our performers lead the entertainment, but a parent, guardian, or event host should remain present and responsible for the children throughout the event.

Our costumed characters are original Binx creations and are not intended to represent, and are not licensed by, any copyrighted or trademarked character. We do not offer, advertise or provide licensed or brand-name characters.
