How do I request a package?
Text us your event date, town, venue, guest count, ages and selected attractions. We check availability and site requirements, then confirm the complete quote and booking terms. An inquiry does not reserve equipment.
What happens if weather changes?
Ask about the specific attraction’s weather limits, cancellation terms and an alternative plan before booking. Wet use, wind, rain and indoor suitability depend on the equipment and venue.
Do your normal payment terms apply?
Cash is the primary payment method. Other transaction methods carry a flat $20 fee. Partner attractions may require deposits or different cancellation terms; Binx confirms these before you book.
